My name is Vance, and I've been making sites since 6th grade. This is my 3rd site, but I deleted all my other ones.... so it's really my first now. I am a really moody person.... sometimes I'm crazy, and sometimes I'm quiet. I'm never mean though! I like making friends!!! So if your a member on freewebs, plz add me! I accept all friend requests!
